Petit Palace Santa Bárbara

I had a lovely stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area both for sightseeing and shopping. The bedding comfortable, and the rooms are functional, providing all you need for a good stay. One feature I especially appreciated was the coffee machine in the room, which made mornings so much easier. The breakfast was also excellent , with a great variety of options to suit different tastes, and the quality and flavors were good too. The staff were amazing—friendly, efficient, and always attentive to our needs. Their hospitality truly made the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely like to stay here again!

It's in a quieter part of Madrid, which if you're traveling with family, or students, and don't necessarily want the noise of a constant party, it's perfect. It is a very safe and pleasant walk to Gran Via- the main shopping street in Madrid. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The breakfast area is beautiful, as are the sitting areas. The building is beautiful. The staff went above and beyond the whole time. We had several sick members of our group and they delivered cookies to our room. It was a wonderful experience.

I stayed at the Petit Palace Santa Barbara for the second time in a few years. I liked it the first time and it didn't disappoint again. The hotel's location next to the Alonso Martinez metro station makes it convenient to move around. Despite having a room facing the square/street, it was quiet and enjoyable. I had a large room on the 2nd floor, well maintained, clean and comfortable. I didn't have breakfast there so can't comment about it. The hotel is not cheap by Madrid standards, but it's of good quality.

Breakfast, bedroom and location were great. The hotel is within a reasonable walking distance from several interesting spots and even has a metro station near by. All the staff were amazing, very friendly. The hotel has luggage storage.

Great cute hotel. Rooms (we booked two. One was a suite & one was a standard double room) were both shockingly big!! It was a very nice surprise. Wasn’t expecting huge rooms in Europe like that, but this hotel has them. So if you want to be comfortable & not feel tight & claustrophobic, this hotel won’t disappoint. It was also clean & modern. The hotel staff were also helpful. In particular, the guy there in the reception. He was great, super cool, very helpful, very professional. He did all the right things!! Also the restaurant guy, very nice & very helpful. We also think the location was good.
